We are so excited to be able to produce the original BBQ sauce served at The Country Village Bar-B-Q from 1997 to 2020. The Extra Sweet sauce was served on one of their most popular dishes, the "Sizzling Smoked Skillet!"

How to make your own Smoked Skillet: Layer wild rice, smoked meat (beef, pork, chicken and/or smoked sausage), Extra Sweet sauce and top with sautéed onions and bell pepper.
 
Ingredients: ketchup, balsamic vinegar, molasses, onion, brown sugar, butter, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cooking wine, hot sauce, dried mustard, salt and black pepper
